Our Vision is to keep hopes and dreams alive as well as empower and challenge justice-involved, our military veterans, and the disenfranchised to take responsibility for their actions and consequences.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide pre- and post-release workshops focused on employment, personal growth, and professional development. We support justice-involved individuals, military veterans, and the disenfranchised as they enhance existing knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA), gain new ones, and take meaningful steps toward long-term success. Our goal is to help individuals reenter society with confidence, purpose, and the tools they need to build a better future.

Our programs take a pro-social worldview and advanced curriculum to develop character, leadership, and empowerment as participants are taught the skills necessary to secure meaningful employment and the tools to advance.

Foremost, we understand the importance of evolving respect with each participant in an understanding and identifiable method. To achieve best results, our programs take advantage of multiple learning styles, including visual, auditory, kinesthetic, verbal, solitary, and social methods.

We offer brick and mortar as well as online platforms where every lesson is guided by doing, not just learning. Curriculum, length, complexity, and participant expectations are customized and based upon institutional requirements, demographic needs, and goals. In other words, no projects are the same in content, duration, or intent.

Certification testing is available through Certification and Safety.

EPA Prep Sessions – Included in the HVAC training, conducted monthly, and available by request
EPA Universal Exam – 2-hour proctored test by appointment; one attempt is included with HVAC program enrollment
NATE Certification – Proctoring available for eligible candidates

🛡 OSHA 10 Safety Training

Offered through Certification and Safety

OSHA 10 General Industry training equips you with essential workplace safety knowledge.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion and an official OSHA DOL Wallet Card.
All required paperwork will be submitted on your behalf to ensure proper issuance of your OSHA credentials.
