The ESCO Institute
Recognizing 2nd Chance University’s mission is to break the chains of recidivism, we partnered with HVAC Technical Institute and like-minded organizations to develop an intensive six-week, 200-hour, HVAC workshop. The results have been without comparison as lives and communities are benefiting beyond anyone ever imagined.
