With our programs, the released attain life skills and professional strategies to secure and retain employment, freedom, and success.

Constructed by former convicts who have been through pre- and post-release programs, game-playing is not part of the equation. There are no more effective programs to show convicts what it takes to stay on the path, to secure and keep a job, and to become a productive part of the community.

Situation:

The prison system releases inmates woefully unprepared to make the transition to freedom. At current, the incarcerated are released without proper guidance, without employable or marketing skills, and without Commitment, Hope, and Empowerment.

• 725,000 ex-felons get out of prison every year
• The average annual cost per convict in 2016 was $37,619.85
• The true cost of incarceration exceeds $1 trillion annually

Task:

We must break the recidivism cycle and build strong work habits.

We must modify belief systems and allow participants to be convinced they deserve a bright future while providing the tools needed to plan for and achieve their goals—in short, to become empowered.

Action:

Programs must be active, holistic, and sensitive to this specific demographic where participants are taught vital job seeking skills, professional networking tactics, résumé and cover letter construction, how to master the interview, and methods to secure and keep a job as well as the special considerations for job seekers with a record.

Result:

The principals of our program are walking examples of successful reintegration.
