I’d tell a potential student:
- “Don’t be discouraged if you have little to no knowledge in the HVAC field. You will learn all the fundamentals you need to build a foundation to become more knowledgeable and perfect the job. You will level up as time goes on and improve your skills so you can become more.”
- Joining this program has been great for her, tools gained better allow Jahira to focus on troubleshooting strategies using the STAR method. I asked her to share a few things learned, including what she liked most during the program as well as what she would to tell a potential student.
