- Task: What is going on, what is the resident complaining about, what do you need to resolve?
- Action: After determining the situation and task, what action will you take to resolve. Once the action is weighed and decided upon… time to perform.
- Result: When all is said and done, was the problem taken care of? At this time, reflect on what you did and what changes could you have made to be more effective.
